"I have an emergency seizure medication that is filled every fourteen days (have seizures at random intervals, sometimes none, sometime 6 in a two week period). I paid for a full qty (4) of my prescription, to realize only qty 2 were filled; not only is this an issue for my needing the medication, but also paying for 2x what I received. I called the pharmacist and explained to her, that I can’t understand why you would fill one and charge me double; also explaining I needed the meds and am not waiting 8 Then proceeded to tell me that despite paying for four, and having to pay for another four in 8 days, I will only receive 2, because “I don’t control their copay.” Getting frustrated, I tried to explain to her that one, that makes no sense, and two I need four of these; it’s what my prescription calls for, and I haven’t had it filled in 16 days. After telling her this, I also went on to explain to her that I will be traveling this coming week for a month, and needed this prescription before leaving. First she chuckled. Then stated “this wouldn’t be a problem anyways… you’ll need to get more there.. if you didn’t use them so often this wouldn’t be an issue anyways.” I hung up the phone after that, as I was close to loosing my cool - that was not only unprofessional, but hurtful, and borderline unethical. I’ll be reporting the pharmacist on staff, and will be moving to a separate location. Horrible people here."

"Very disappointed, got to pick up an emergency antibiotics prescription for my sick child, I got there at 6pm but they refused even to talk to me because they have to close exactly at 6pm and they left me in a situation where they Built my insurance so I couldn't even get it somewhere else unless I pay cash for it."

"Staff have worked to ensure our Rx are filled timely. We are a frequent flyer, staff greet me and are pleasant. Text message system is typically accurate “you must read the message” - system is inconsistent with messaging - sometimes I get one that say they’re working on the prescription or it’s delayed and they are working with the insurance. The system messaging can be confusing for most customers. If it says the prescription is ready, then it is ready."

"Long wait times, inaccurate refill times, constant refill reminder calls from an annoying automated system for prescriptions I no longer want and have informed them about. Super frustrating."
