"Brad was professional, competent, and helpful. My Aventon Adventure shifter stopped working. I tried fixing it myself without success and bought a new one which I brought with me to Adventure Cycling. I was initially told to leave it there and they would call me when it was done. However, after waiting a couple minutes for my ride, Brad came out and said he could get it taken care of right away which he did. Brad has has experience with eBikes as well so I plan to bring my bike here for servicing in the future."

"I own, ride, and work on a lot of bikes. Adventure Cycling and its owner Eric are my first call whenever I need something. This shop is exactly what you want from a small-time non-corporate business. I’ve gotten a few different things from them, and they put the same amount of care and attention for a $15 bottom bracket as they do a $4,000 gravel bike, even offering exchanges if certain parts didn’t fit perfect. The owner even encouraged us to go test other bikes and only buy his if it was the best fit. Thankfully, it was, and we’re happy to have supported this specific local bike shop."

"A great shop... Knowledgeable... & service oriented.... I brought in a bent wheel to fix, it was for a homeless man as his only means of transportation & the guys there got it dealt with & gave me a great price ... I guess they wanted to help out the guy also...Thank You, Thank You, Thank You......"

"Not sure what to think about this place. I came in with my single speed that had 23mm tires on it looking to upgrade and see if I could fit 25mm or 28mm. I was ready to drop some money on some new tires and potentially new a wheel set. I asked the bike mechanic if I could fit any bigger tires and explained I’m totally new to this and don’t know what I’m doing. He just looked at my breaks and said no. He didn’t check what I was running or even check clearance but maybe he was that good. Maybe he was thinking I wanted big gravel tires? He wasn’t rude just very short. Anyways I ended up buying a new wheel set myself and throwing bigger tires on myself I learned a lot doing all this myself so I guess I’m thankful for that but they would have made a customer for life if they actually looked to see if I could go bigger in my tires because I definitely had the clearance. Idk I want to support my local bike shop but I don’t want to deal with the people that come with it. Probably a communication thing but I got the vibe they didn’t want to help."

"I went to two other bike shops who told me I needed to buy a new ebike because the adjustments I needed could not be done on my bike. 3-4 k for the bikes they wanted to sell me. I needed my handle bars raised to not cause great pain to my hands. This bike shop told me they thought they might be able to help. For less than 78 dollars and less than an hour wait, all adjustments and parts were completed. I just rode my ebike. I love it now. Shout out to a GREAT shop."
