"I went today for the first time to this store to exchange a gift that I received from my son. The cashier and the manager decline the transaction, because I couldnt provide with a gift receipt, but I provided with my son's phone number. This was probably within 6 days of the original purchase. The gift was one item for approx. $70 and neither the cashier nor the manager can offer me for a solution. This is a joke. You wont see me shopping on that place again. Have you heard about customer service."
"I know this suppose to be a upscale version of let's say Ross . But they do have nice stuff just over priced . The realization is nobody wanted it at the main store. That's why it's here . If they could come down on price a little bit a lot just a little they would be ok . People who work there seem nice . Except for the ones who are scared of people but it's ok"
"Selection was not that great prices were very high and it doesn’t help that when you walk into the store, I feel like because of my color. All of a sudden there was a security guy with braids all of a sudden went to the door and was watching me walk around the purse section and then then when I go to the cashier to check out, that’s when he decides to walk away and walk around the store first of all, I spent a lot of money at Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack yearly I have a dept Store card. I am very disappointed in this and I will not be returning . and I advised the manager before commenting on this post Please look at your camera. For date and time11/3/23 Friday a little after 5pm, Im in the purse section. And your security guy is standing at the door the entire time until I leave that section and go to the register. Then he walks away, even though the store is full with other people walking around as well, and he was at the door the entire time I was there I was only in the first section."
"I came here the day after they opened and it was crazy busy! The line was long, but moved fairly quickly. They have a great selection of clothing for decent prices. My husband and I both found several things for our wardrobe here. I’ve already been back a few times since the grand opening, and never leave empty handed."
