"I lived in Aurora for nearly four decades before moving to the great State of Florida. I was recently visiting my son and his beautiful family. While there, we returned to some of our favorite places--Southlands Mall is near the top for our shopping. I needed a new pair of shoes. Off Broadway was my store of choice in the past. That day, a wonderful young lady, Kienne, assisted me. She was courteous and prompt retrieving the proper shoe size in my choices. Why bother writing a review when someone simply, "does their job?" Because too often, people write to complain about service. Sure, we all have those awful experiences. But when someone does the job well and leaves you with a smile and a belief that your money was well spent, that is worth reviewing too. Kienne provided that service for me. Nice job."

"Not a bad selection of shoes that I was looking for (light brown dress shoes for men) but very limited sizes. Any employee only walked by. No one checked on me until I was leaving. And he was pleasant enough."

"Extremely poor customer service. Bought 2 pairs of tennis shoes and both pairs were miss labeled and I was charged a very different price. When I asked the 3 young clerks about the prices I was basically told that I could just leave and not buy the shoes. Totally right but is this acceptable customer service?"
