"I would never shop there again...the clothes didn't fit and they don't give refunds and no one told me that...but said that it's on the receipt. The store is a rip off and not very friendly..."

"While at the store I was shopping for a few new shirts and I’ll I could hear is what seemed to be the manager (Kaitlyn girl with the blue hair) yelling at her employees, being rude and not very courteous of the customers shopping in there. Not only is it rude to yell at employees in front of customers but to talk to your own employees in the manner she was is RIDICULOUS. I will never shop at this location again because I refuse to support a store with a manager that is so rude, unprofessional, and manipulative towards employees."

"I went in today to make a couple of returns. I was told by the manager that they could only return one and do store credit for the other because although I had the tags with me and the original receipt it was against their policy to accept that as a return without the tags being attached. I told I have never had this be an issue before because they have the means to reattach the tags and she just told me to look at the back of the receipt. Its the policy, i get it, but as a manager i believe her people skills were nonexistent as she didnt give me eye contact the whole time or offer any explination other than look at the receipt and i received nothing but attitude from her. I also work in retail so I see quality customer service everyday and this was so far from it."
