"Not sure what happened at this Ross! It’s typical to see a line to the back of the store; clothes, and shoes all over the floor and 2 cashiers open! This week no bags!!! I asked for a bag for my items, and was informed that they didn’t have any and not just the day I was in there, but, no bags ALL WEEK!!! I asked who the manager was and I was pointed to them. I stated, “ Well, they are not doing their job!” We paid for our items, and carried them out in our arms! Not having bags for your customers is disrespectful in my book! This was worse than the Goodwill, at least when you go there, you get a bag."
"This store is a mess! The manager was rude. The only good part about this visit was the 2 employees I had encounters with were so nice!!"

"I’ve never had an issue with service at this Ross. The guard up front is always friendly and welcoming. The only reason I give this Ross four stars is because they could use some help with getting more cashiers. Other than that everyone has been friendly every time I go. And I always find great things."
