"The boot fitting department riveted a new binding for my boot that had sheared off at Steamboat! I also spent a half hour discussing the merits and design of various gloves- the staff Friday night was quite passionate and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need new or used ski gear. Can't say enough about the amazing employees at this location."

"Mark Chavez is an absolute gem of a man and a world class boot fitter extraordinaire! I am the literal worst person in the world to go shoe shopping with, let alone footwear that costs several hundred dollars and determines your safety on the mountain. Mark took the time to help me try on 7 (SEVEN!) different pairs across multiple brands before identifying a nearly perfect pair of Rossi’s that have completely transformed my abilities on the mountain. He even tried to save me a few bucks by letting me know they had some of the same style from the previous year, tho ultimately I bought this years. You can go to one of the so called fancier shops but you won’t find someone more knowledgeable, patient, and helpful than Mark Chavez."

Fortunately for us Brenden helped us the previous year with our son and daughter's gear and they love their set up. This employee is why we will return to this location!"
