"I’m in the store today looking for snowboarding gloves instead of asking me if I need any help the lady worker decided she just wanted to follow me around the store and keep an eye on me. Maybe we should spend some of our time training our employees how to be personable and approaching customers instead of just being awkward and following them around the store like they’re going to steal."

"I was given a store credit gift card that didn’t even work when I went back in the store.. store manager Catherine and bre acknowledged the balance on my card and pretty much told me this is my problem it isn’t working on their systems:: they then printed out my balance of $48 dollars and handed me the receipt for confirmation, but then told me they can’t help.. I’ve now been robbed off $48 dollars and wasted atleast an hour and a half with these lazy managers with trash customer service.."
"I needed to return a couple items and the staff made it basically impossible - the associate didn't even know what their own return policy was until I pulled it up on the website and showed her, then she refused to give me my money back and would only give me store credit. Also, their posted hours aren't even correct and whomever runs the store doesn't seem to care. Note: they DO NOT open at 9 on Sunday, they open at 10."
"Staff was helpful as they could be while trying to find product in the unorganized clothing racks. Various styles/brands are mixed together and completely out of order. It’s almost impossible to find the product you are looking for. Clothing racks are blocking aisles and smooshed together so tight, it defeats the purpose of having extra racks on the floor. I worked retail for 10 years and this is unacceptable on all fronts. I was at the store in the morning, so there shouldn’t be any reason the store would be in such disarray."
