"Went to grab 1item out of jewelry dept. The rude cashier saw me heading to check out hurried up and finished the gentleman that was being serviced and ran from the counter. I headed to the regular line but because they had about 10 people in line, I went back to the jewelry counter. Placed my item on the counter, the lady was just too busy to acknowledge, see if I needed help with anything in HER dept, blatant rudeness. I just can't stand rude people and there subtle racism. I opted not to get anything and take my business elsewhere. Keep hiring more folks like the rude lady on the jewelry counter right now@TJMaxx and you'll for sure be out of business soon. What a joke."
"Let me start by saying I used to be a TJX employee. I just went in to Tjmaxx on wadsworth. Not only was I treated with disrespect but the employee refused to do my return without a receipt after telling her I couldn’t find it. This has never been an issue because they just give you store credit. I asked her why she couldn’t do it and she said “I don’t like doing that”. Again DID NOT state why but when I used to work with this company this has NEVER been an issue. I hope you teach your employees to be kinder to people because receiving no actual answers except her not wanting to do it, and receiving dirty looks and attitude is not appropriate. I will not be shopping at any of the TJX locations anymore. She ruined my opinions about this company and about how management actually teaches their employees to be respectful to customers."
"I found an item in the floor with a pretty damaged box and I wanted it so I took it to the register and did I told them and said no, no discount why are you putting damaged items on the floor if you’re not gonna at least get 10% off every other location has done that given at least a little discount it’s not my fault its on the floor damaged. Also the employees at the counter I checked out with and asked were pretty rude about it too. This tj Max is usually great but today it wasn’t. Great selection of items but need some customer service training."
