"Horrible customer service at the West Colfax branch in Lakewood, CO. Ordered on line to pick up maxi dress. Drove 20 miles to pick up dress curbside. It was balled up and thrown in a paper bag and had a prominent spot at center neckline. Returned it for refund Ordered another online to be shipped to me. They sent the exact same dress with the sr. Although the tag now was marked $5.99 Clearance, they charged me fill price plus shipping over $32. Had to drive to a different Old Navy to return it Again. Will never order again from Old Navy."

"Tried to get a job here, for the orientation they didn't tell me what to bring, so I came 'unprepared', then they took a week to reschedule and told me to be there the same time as last time, 3 o'clock, so I came prepared and early at 3, and they said I was supposed to be there hours ago!? Long story short, I was fired due to their poor communication and now I am much happier at my new job."
"Went for sale on perfumes and body sprays. Sign on display clearly stated 3 for 6 bucks. Went to register and was told amount is 34 dollars. Nope...I will never shop old navy again."
