"Did an online purchase of a monstrosity of a rolling tool chest. Did a store pick-up because I have a truck, so why not (I'm compensating). Get to the Saddle Rock HD and it seems the whole HD store was invested in this masterpiece. Harry (Garden Sup/Manager) was all over it. After rolling this gem through the store to the Pro Exit, we came to realize that none of us ate our Wheaties. There was no way that box was getting up on the back of my truck. So, Harry went above and beyond and got me a low trailer. So with the help of him and 3/4 of the HD store we got her loaded up! Now it needs to warm up so I can get it loaded. Again, I want to thank Harry and the HD crew for helping me out..."
"I rented a steam cleaner from this Home Depot. The steam cleaner was super nasty looking and I (stupidly) decided to use it any way because i didnt notice how dirty it was until i had got home and was in a rush to get my carpet cleaned. It left my carpet looking WORSE than it was before I used it!! I told the guy when i returned it i was disappointed in the carpet cleaner and he told me a manager would get back to me.. never happened. I even called the store myself wanting to use another carpet cleaner or my money back. No one ever reached out to me. If you need to rent a carpet cleaner I recommend going to the Lowes down Smokey Hill."
"This person deserves a prize !!!! I went into the store at 7:00 pm. The only one I found was the employee in the photo. There were two young employees sitting next to me who showed no interest in my question. The employee I contacted was polite and helped with the choice. I think it 's a great job !!! And not just young people who sit in the workplace and flirt with each other."
"Really impressed with the customer service at this store. We had a curbside pickup that was large and decided it was better to have it shipped. Cary and Kristin were amazing at making sure our complicated order made it the day we needed it. Not only did I have two follow up calls the day I changed our order but also a follow up to make sure everything was delivered ok. For being such a large chain, I never expected so much follow up and personalized service! Really impressed! With so much customer service going out the window, I truly appreciate how this team went above and beyond!!"
