"Very worst customer service. Out right lies on prices by the owner and worn out products in store, selling as new Tried to convince forcefully. We could easily see the difference of shine on seating area and arm wrest. Saw a sofa for 2200 sticker price in brochure and owner said 2300 and saying increase in prices. Also, on orders they charge 20% of price , even if we return the damaged delivery product. Beware."
"These people are scammers. Enrique sold me the wrong bedroom set and tried to make it seem like it was me who didn’t remember which bedroom set I wanted. On top of that he told me my first 6 months on payments would be interest free. I’m paying double now because that interest free spiel he gave me was a lie. He said I missed my opportunity w the credit card company when that was never even the case. Don’t believe what these owners tell you. You will lose in the end. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. Overall worst experience ever. When I came to the store the lady there told me Enrique wasn’t there for the day either. Even though I saw him as I was walking in. Nothing but irreversible mishaps at this furniture store."
"We purchased a dinning room table set and within weeks all the screws in the chairs came undone. We have tired to tightend them but found that they were stripped. We also purchased a couch at the same time and it was hard and we found that you are sitting directly on the wood frame. The minimal to not filling."
"Sadly THE WORST SERVICE EVER. The furniture is beautiful but these people care nothing for the customer. They lie, break promises and don't care that they promise one day and don't deliver as promised. They waited 2.5 weeks, on the supposed day of delivery to tell me my furniture had not been shipped. It took them 6 weeks to get me a coffee table that was supposed to come in 2 weeks. They are the rudest couple I have ever came in contact with. I have had numerous people ask me where I got my furniture and rather then refer them I tell them I imported it from Mexico, I will never put my friends through the horrible experience I had. Going to BBB to voice my concerns, , that's how bad it was. If I could give it a zero I would."
