I'm also so glad I decided to go in-person to try the mattresses I was debating between online. For the record, one of the models the website recommended for me (based on the sleeping quiz) is what I ended up going with, but with a different base than I'd planned. Svetlana was such a great help and knew exactly what to recommend based on my sleep habits and my physical issues from many surgeries (spinal fusion, two knee surgeries, hip procedure, and now sleep apnea since having covid in 2020). She was friendly, knowledgeable, not all pushy like some sales people can be, and was great at explaining the warranty, the 120 day sleep guarantee, how to use my new adjustable base, and even what pillow features would be best for my neck as a side sleeper. I can't say enough good things about her, it was a pleasure to meet her, and I am SO excited about my new bed!!! Thank you!"
