"Purchased a washer and dryer from them the dryer didn’t work the repair man came out twice. We brought the dryer in for a replacement and was told this one worked no issues we got it home it does not blow out heat. We have been trying to reach them no call back left numerous messages. We went back to the store the salesman who always smells like alcohol stated I will send the repair man who never came. I’m paying 550 for a washer and dryer that does not work. I’m so disappointed that they get away with taking advantage of hard working people."

"Thought our dryer broke (wasn’t heating up, ended up being an electrical issue) and bought a refurbished one online from here. It looked great but we were having the same issue (once again, electrical issue) and also the timer wasn’t working properly so it wouldn’t start unless the dial was in an exact obscure location. They let us swap it out for a “better” dryer but the one they brought was disgusting (pic posted is AFTER we thoroughly cleaned it) and covered in sticker residue and smelled like a wet dog (we didn’t realize the smell was coming from the dryer at the time when we accepted it). I complained the next day and while they apologized for not cleaning it ahead of time they said there would be a restocking fee since this is the second switch. So not only did they bring me a surprise dirty dryer but they took my old fully functional one and probably sold it to someone else and then tried to charge me again to take this one back. I told him I want to see pictures of the one they plan on replacing it with before they come by and never heard from them again. It’s been a few months now and we ended up cutting our losses and buying new."
