"Worst arc in the metro area, rude rude employees, or they just ignore you...if you resell don't even waste your time. They are proud to cover all skus on all books and media so you can't see if it's worth anything if you look up things. They won't show you more than one item at a time in cases because it takes too much time even when store is empty on a Wednesday. The electronics department is so messy and no one cares."

"One of the worst n horrible experiences I’ve ever had with any arc thrift stores. The manager is a miserable old lady that yells at customers for not knowing how things are run in her little world. She has no customer service skills n let alone doesn't knows how to talk to her employees either. I should call corporate n talk to Eric Martinez and let him know how things are really running there."
"Julio is quick to judge harshly customers with disabilities probably because I have asked repeatedly that the woman's restroom be cleaned! His assistant manager wearing inappropriate tight leggings follows his Julio's lead. When the handicapped school students are working, if their adult supervisor is not close by these students are treated unkindly & with prejudice. Of all the ARC's this store is the worse!!! Dirty store with poor leadership! Avoid! Any other thrift store in the metro area would be a better choice. (If your health needs could be comprised by excessive uncleanness)"
