"Big shout out to Rene at this branch! I was overcharged for a truck rental by accident, and live quite far away from this location. A few other employees said there's nothing they can do unless I come back into the store, but Rene went above and beyond, and tried many different solutions to get me the money back. Eventually when nothing else worries, she personally mailed me a store credit card so that I would be able to get that money. Really appreciate her patience and quick thinking!"

"I called to ask about Trex post sleeves and availability. I was told they had to transfer me to lumber. They transfered me to flooring instead. Then they transfered me to lumber and I wanted on hold for 16 minutes. This store clearly doesn't understand the meaning of customer service!"

"it was a nightmare to order kitchen countertops via Homedepot. I had to deal with 3 different companies. 1. Homedepo 2. Desert Eagle, 3. Deltile. As a customer I end up calling or going to these store multiple times and each place will tell you to go to other place. Super poor communication between those 3 places. I had to change my order few time and the kitchen designer at the home depo had very bad attitude. In fact my daughter 10yr old said she does not want to go to this home depot again. they treat us like we were begging for the countertops. we actually did business of over 13k. We could have cancelled the deal but we already ripped off our old counter tops. As a customer, we had really hard time running after home depo, deltic and desert eagle. will never do a business with them again. they deserve 0 star but that's not in the options."

"I have had two refrigerators from Samsung in 3 weeks and they are both broken. I called to have this returned and they won’t accept it. The first one was defective upon delivery. And it flooded our home. The installers rescheduled a new delivery. The second refrigerator started to work and was broken within 48 hours. We then followed Samsung protocol and had a tech come out. The tech stated the condenser was broken and it’s NEW!!! I would like the refrigerator returned and my money back. I do not want a replacement. Customer service is only allowing a replacement. We do not want a replacement. This is unprofessional and unethical. We have now a loss of $13,000 due to a flood from the broken fridge, countless time spent trying to get this remedied, living out of coolers for 3 weeks with two babies. This needs to be fixed immediately."

"My company was trying to rent a lift through this location. I did the entire process beginning to end and was expecting a confirmation email which I never received. The project was scheduled to be installed today, and I am with no Lyft because of the lack of professionalism and diligence of the staff. More than mildly disappointed and by the way, united rentals price with delivery was significantly cheaper. Good luck."
