"*** please note the update*** For the second time I have gone into Big R to purchase a sale item only to be turned away because they did not have the sale item in stock. The latest was a black Friday item that was not shipped to the store. They issued rain checks. I was called and told mine was in and I could come pick it up, only to get another call a few hours later, telling me they had sold it to another customer. Good job Big R! The last time I called I was basically told "too bad, so sad" by the store manager. Thanks for your stellar customer service and experience Big R. ****** Update**** thanks to the floor lead and managers at this location I got my item. A week and a half past Christmas but I got it. There appears to be a problem with their inventory system when it comes to this item but I appreciate the effort they put in to make sure I got one."
"Absolute break down of management intelligence when I tried to buy a pallet of wood. Wasted an hour of my life and left empty handed. The fact that they have no idea how to manage their inventory and ended up falling short for their consumer shows the lack of effort the establishment is willing to put forward. Welcome to new age America where the consumer gets the shaft."
"Great store! they always say hi to me when I come in the store. I come here to get chicken feed and hay bales and they always have them in stock. I also get some dog supplies from time to time here. I really enjoy this store reminds me of country supply stores from back home."
"While enterimg the store carrying my purse I was told I would have to leave it in the front of the store. I guess they dont trust so well not be shopping at Big R again. I dont trust them either I will be shopping where I can carry my wallet and phone in my bag."
