"The staff are really rude and take forever to acknowledge you. I wanted ink cartridges and there was 6 people just standing around, took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge me and when I did get help they didn't say one word to me the entire transaction. I said thank you have a good day and not one word back. I never come to this location because of how rude everyone is and this will probably be the last time I come back as well."

"CLOSING SELF-CHECKOUTS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It's humiliating for lower-income people (WALMART'S PRIMARY TARGET CUSTOMER DEMOGRAPHIC) who may need to split payment across multiple cards/methods. This is something they should be able to do discreetly and autonomously, NOT be FORCED TO ANNOUNCE IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS -- especially since some cashiers don't even know how to do that procedure correctly, which makes it hold up lines even longer and call even more embarrassing attention. It's an inappropriate and disgusting consequence of this asinine policy. It's also UNFAIR TO PEOPLE WITH SOCIAL AND/OR COGNITIVE DISABILITIES, who may rely on self-checkouts to avoid forced interaction with other people, which can be very stressful or even unmanageable. Grocery stores are overstimulating already for many of us, and self-checkouts are one of the few reasons many people are still able to participate in in-person shopping at all instead of being driven to Amazon and other grocery delivery competitors. And it's just INFURIATING IN GENERAL that they keep closing the self-checkouts sometimes but not others, so we never know what to expect. PICK ONE. YES, please also HIRE AND PAY CASHIERS so there are enough registers open to keep lines down and provide services for the people who want to use the option. Cashier hiring should have been increased years ago. And the personnel I've met have all been great -- my rating here reflects solely the policy, not the workers. But KEEP THE SELF-CHECKOUTS OPEN for people who need and/or prefer them!!! If you're going to close them entirely, then get on with making it decisive so the rest of us shoppers can know the score and plan to take our business to OTHER LOCATIONS that don't inconvenience and humiliate disadvantaged customers. THIS IS OBNOXIOUS, HAS UNJUST CONSEQUENCES THAT DISPROPORTIONATELY IMPACT OPPRESSED GROUPS, AND CUSTOMERS HATE IT. FIX IT."

"The AP staff at this store are wonderful. They are dedicated to protecting the people in the store and holding criminals accountable for the crimes they commit in a public place where we all want to get the best prices safely. I witnessed several events in which they caught people who got very hostile because they were caught stealing or defacing property, the AP staff remained polite and professional. They are respectable people, I appreciate them making the store a better place to shop."

"Just got my daughters birthday cakes Saturday. Absolutely amazing. Raquel helped us so much. My daughter has a new food allergy and she was so helpful and accommodating. She really made sure my daughter's safety was her top priority while still trying to make her cake special and fit my daughter's birthday theme. Highly recommend going to this Walmart for your birthday cake. The cakes we ordered were delicious, beautiful and safe for my child."
