"Mediocre selection, poor service, and typical big box high prices. I went in looking for ammo and an OWB holster and the entire holster aisle looked like a tornado hit it and none of the products were properly packaged or labeled. The ammo selection was not great on top of the high prices."

"I used to like sportsman’s for my fishing gear. Ever since this store had its changes made over the past couple years, I am becoming less and less of a fan. Can never find what I need, stock is disorganized and inaccurate online. I thought at first it might be supply chain problems during the covid era, but that’s passed and the problem persists here. For a store I’d consider a big box retailer, selection is extremely limited. I feel like the past 4 times I’ve shopped here, I’ve walked out empty handed. Probably not worth the waste of time anymore knowing the same is bound to happen during future visits. As much as I dislike the alternatives we have in Denver, I’d rather go to one of them knowing I won’t waste a trip and my time."

"I can barely get anyone on the phone to help and when I do finally succeed after too many failed attempts they don’t know how to resolve my shipping problem. As in taking an addressed package to the post office. No one at this store seems with it enough to manage this. I’ve been trying for two days. Zero traction. It’s kind of impressive. Just not in a good way."

"I'm a 72 yr old woman went in there to buy a 9mm and a shotgun..haha. Got a perfect S&W and going to there big sale Sat. Buck was the nice guy who waited on me, was a lot of help and didn't treat me like an old lady! Thanks Buck, awesome mustache!"

"Awful customer service. I came here last weekend with my two toddlers planning to purchase winter boots for them because you had the buy one get one free deal on clearance shoes. Online it said you had the sizes I needed, but to clarify I called to make sure. No one answered. I called twice. So I decided to drive 20 miles to see if they were there. Upon entering, it’s pretty dead. So I was confused as to why no one could answer the phone since the cashier was literally SITTING in a stool behind the cash wrap doing NOTHING. So I walk to boots to see if the sizes are there, I am only seeing a size 7. I look around to see if anyone can help me and this male associate walked by me 5 times, looked at me and didn’t bother once to ask if I needed help. So I took the size 7 to the counter to the “busy cashier” and I said “hi can you please check to see if you have these in a size 8&9? Your online said you did but no one answered when I called and I’m not seeing them and no one has offered to help”. He says “well if it’s not on the floor then I don’t have it. They probably pulled it for online orders. And it’s only available to order online”. I said “ok so if I place an online order you’ll send it to me?” He says “uh yea if we have it”. So I left the boots on the counter and just walked out. There’s no reason these employees should be rude and lazy. Definitely in the wrong field. Corporate, get this store together, retrain or rehire. Horrendous experience. I get better customer service at the dollar tree. I’ve been a store manager for 18 years. This behavior is unacceptable and I will definitely NOT be recommending your company to anyone. Buyers beware."
