"The absolute worst service I have ever seen. We ordered our new couch in Sept of 2021. We were told 6 months. 11 months later we finally got it. All we heard is it is because of supply issues which we know exist, but felt more like an excuse. We were never kept up to date unless we reached out or emailed. Their communication is deplorable at best. We were never offered any kind of compensation for the extra 5 months. We did get free delivery, but only after we demanded it. We were told we need to understand what they go through and pretty much told to deal with it. You will be better off going to American furniture warehouse or furniture row. You will probably have better luck getting your furniture in less than 11 months. Please do not waste your time because you will not be happy."

"Can not wait to see the beautiful creation they helped us build for our new home. Truly impressive classic pieces with great design & beautiful fabric selections. Amazing customer service and kindness. They know how important it is to build a great room for your home and appreciate your story to help you create your perfect space. Check them out before you settle for anything else. Update-furniture isn’t for hard living. The cushions don’t hold form long and look worn out. My husbands chair looks 10+ years old. Not sure the price point matched the value but still a pretty set."

"Broyhill is one of the few furniture stores in Denver where you can customize your furniture. They are a family run store and are very knowledgeable about the industry. Buying from them felt more personable than other stores. Having choices in style, fabric, reclining, stationary, swivel, etc. makes deciding harder and more timely but they didn't rush us at all. They clearly explained the custom-build and delivery process and, when my furniture arrived to their store, they called immediately and it was delivered to me the next day. The furniture is perfect. She was so patient with us, as there were so many fabric options and it was hard to decide!
