"Giving 3 stars because workmanship was great; while the service upfront was average and nothing special. The employees that do all the work in the workroom and are unseen, do quality work. But the service upfront could be so much better. Not what you would expect for the price we paid; which was extremely expensive. We expected an effort of appreciation for our business at least. The other reviewers are correct in that you pay upfront and no cancellations or refunds. Be sure to read the contract you are signing. We experienced the same type of issues that others commented on in their reviews: "Pretty much impossible to get a hold of via phone. Seems they have it on lockdown so communication is only one way." Wish we had been more thorough in reading the reviews and we would have been less frustrated. When you see a business responding negatively with such anger, there is usually an issue with the business owners. Most professional businesses would respond with how can we make this right or we are sorry that your experience wasn't what you expected, call us to discuss your concerns, etc. One older lady seems to run the business while her husband we assume sits at his desk behind her watching. But to be fair, they probably don't want to be there and still working. On a positive note, when we picked up our cushions, a younger gentleman that worked in the workroom, assisted us right away and was very pleasant and professional. Again, we appreciate the craftsmanship of the workers that do the actual work. Great job on their part!"

"There is something different going on with this company lately. We have used them in the past with great service and quality. There has been a shift and now no communication or timeline for finishing our job. We waited 4 months to take our job into the shop and now ‘no guarantee’ or even timeline when it will be completed. It is for our summer patio furniture— and it is summer (we placed the order March 3, thinking we were ahead of the game). Again- there has been a big shift at this store- be aware."

"All I can say is WOW!!!! I am super impressed with the final product. It is better than what I pictured in my head and well worth every dime. The size, color, material and execution were FLAWLESS! I will be returning to have some cushions for my front porch chairs made to match the porch swing cushion. Cushion World gets 5 stars and an A+! They also offered top notch quality customer service to go with it. I am one very happy customer. ☺️"

"We finally went for it and had our dining room chair seat cushions reupholstered in leather. Cushion World did a beautiful job! We are so pleased. They had a wonderful selection of leathers and good prices. And we had everything under the leather replaced as well, with nice trim. They showed me lots of options for the cushioning itself. We will definitely use Cushion World for future needs. I really like how they give you a timeline of how many weeks out, and then you don't actually have to bring the item in until a week before that. So you are not "out" your piece of furniture for a month. Happy customers!"
