"We booked a cooking class weeks in advance and received an email from Sur La Table confirming our class two weeks prior to the class. It was a date night for my birthday. We showed up for the class and the staff informed us that it had been canceled. We had no warning, Sur La Table didn’t send any kind of email to inform us. We were super bummed to have to pivot our plans so last minute that we had been looking forward to for a while. The staff working was very apologetic, and it doesn’t seem they had any fault in it, but the situation should’ve been handled better by Sur La Table corporate."
