"We have had problems with their delivery service, however... Alex at Mattress Kingdom / Appliance Factory is our favorite sales rep! They have great products in stock, do their own delivery and servicing. We've bought 3 appliances. Support local! Delivery of fridge was cancelled absolutely last minute, leaving me wasting hours loading and unloading 50lbs of perishables and leaving them out to spoil for hours. They gave us a credit but it was a major hassle and I had to take time from work. Also our dishwasher delivery showed up very late but did a fine job installing it. The stove was cancelled and rescheduled though it wasn't an inconvenience for us at that time."
