"My favorite kitchen store in the US! We don’t live in Boulder but love browsing and shopping in this store. The selection is incredible and it’s literally stuff to the ceiling with interesting merchandise. The staff are so helpful. One time they patiently helped me test each of their electric peppercorn grinders to find the best one. In addition to kitchenwares, they have a great selection of foods, linens, tableware, glassware, and a selection of games/toys. I also found amazing scarves one year just in time for Christmas. A must-see when visiting Boulder!"

"Awful experiences. I called and had an item put on hold. When I got there it was not on hold. Fail #1. Item was also not in stock, so I wasted 45 min of my time. Fail #2. So they did a special order. I got a call my item was in, I didn't believe it so I asked them to make sure. They ordered the wrong item, and were not listening to me (I asked for a set, they had just one item from the set). Fail #3. I used the form on contact us page on their website to complain about all these problems, never got a response. Fail #4. Bad management? Bad training? Bad inventory system? All of the above?"
