"The first time I went it was great and the haircutter was nice and professional. This time I went the person cut the tops of my ears and never said anything about it or even acknowledged it at all. Also I have a about 2 week old eyebrow piercing and they hit it with the clippers, felt like it was almost ripped out. They never even really said sorry about it. It just seemed like she rushed it and didn’t care what it looked like and it felt like they didn’t care about me in any way."
