"Not impressed at all. Photos are 5 days out from my rebase, several significantly lifting and chipping. To start, when I asked about shellac polish change for a child, hands and feet, no mani/pedi, just polish (9 yo), they want $46! That’s insane! When I told them that, they started talking about me in their language to each other. 2 hrs 45 min for my pedi/rebase combo, also ridiculous. Charged me for full child mani/pedi w/shellac and I didn’t realize till I left. I tipped on $198. Went back to get credit and they couldn’t figure out how to issue the exact credit so she offer me an off amount that benefited them. I said no, especially since I tipped on the overcharge amount. Credited me back with an additional $.15 to my benefit. 5 days later they look like crap. I’ve never had a refill from any other place last less than 2 weeks, usually can even go 3 weeks, but this expensive appointment requires me to go somewhere else to have them redone less than a week out. On top in that, they charge you a service fee if you use a credit card (pay attention to the small sign at the checkout counter, not on the window or door as you walk in!) Horrible quality and only concerned with up charging every little thing. Won’t be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone."

"Pretty upset with my experience. I tried gel x nails for the first time and I am pretty upset about the outcome. I have 3 separate nails with the wrong sized nail. My ring finger and pointer finger are clearly swapped on one hand and my pinky fingers are two different sizes and lengths completely. I became Concerned immediately when he was trying to match sizes the tech seemed incredibly unsure of himself. Their polish selection is terrible, the color I originally asked for wasn’t available and I am unhappy with the second choice. They didn’t have any OPI gel to choose from. Additionally, I should’ve know Immediately that I made the wrong decision based of their messy and completely unorganized selection of nail polish. I also should’ve spoken up when the nail tech didn’t even bother to soak my nails or do my cuticles at the beginning. The job is so sloppy, the underneath of my nails are gross and sloppy with gel leaking out from underneath. The edges of my nails keep getting caught on fabric. It’s crazy how clear it is when you have a bad manicure compared to good ones, this is the worst manicure I’ve had in a very very very long time. I’m so upset I didn’t go with my gut and turn around or read the reviews before coming. Save yourself the time and money and do not go here. UPDATE: less than a week later and a nail just popped off while I was scratching my Head"
