"Went there for a training meeting. Was a great experience in Service as well as "comfort food" I craved. My crew enjoyed it all as well. I don't normally give 5 stars to anyone or place. I always leave room for improvement in myself as well as other's. The Marine in me... I Highly recommend!!"
"I ordered the Crispy Crispers Chicken, 6 pieces but I only got three pieces and one quarter of a tender piece, I let the waitress know that I ordered 6 pieces and he replied "I'm sorry" and came back with 2 other small pieces on a separate plate but each one of those pieces were smaller than Macdonald's chicken nuggets. I ended giving those other 2 pieces to my kids. Advise: Do not order the Crispy Chicken or order something else or go to a different Chilli's. In reality I paid for 6 pieces but literally I just got 4 pieces because the other 2 pieces with the one I already had in my plate, putting the 3 pieces together, were like just one piece. GO TO Moonlight Diner, few blocks down the same road and you will get larger and thicker tenders for less money."
"My husband and I had dinner here 12/10. The service was really good but the food was SO SO SO salty. Like the cook just dumped handfuls of salt. I had to wipe my asparagus off with a napkin to even make it edible. The manager didn't bother to come by our table but gave us a 10% discount, after we already paid the bill so it didn't make any difference. The restaurant was slow but apparently the manager wasn't wearing their radio for our server to talk with them."
"I did a to go order. A gal came up 2 mins before my order was supposed to be ready to let me know they were running behind but she took my name and said she would try to get it out to me as quickly as possible. I told her no worries I wasn’t in a rush. Literally 5 mins later I had my food. Only 2 mins after my scheduled time lol. Not even behind in my book, but I truly appreciated the extra mile they went to deliver great service! The food was delicious as well: ribs were cooked perfectly! Thanks for a great dinner. This chilis definitely gets 5 stars from me!"
"The service was good. The staff were really friendly and attentive. They made sure to check on us often and refilled our drinks. I ordered a prime rib medium, and it was well done which was kind of disappointing, but it still tasted good. I wasn't impressed with the trio dip I ordered. Everything was so salty excluding the guacamole. Dessert was the molten lava cake, which was great."
