"SO HURT!! We ordered a kids cheese pizza for our 7 year old son last night Friday, February 2, 2024. We picked it up and brought it home. We were very hurt that who ever made the pizza did not make it with love! It was burnt. Why would you burn it and box it up knowing the appearance was horrible. UPDATED: Tracy the Manager contacted me and was very professional and gave me a gift card. I also spoked with a lady name Cristina who helped in making sure I received the gift card. Thanks so much for contacting me and hearing my experience with Applebees."
"Great time that I had with my family here. The only thing is that things were busy and somewhat hectic for our waitress. The dessert is what's featured here and it was very great. My Steak was overcooked and I guess steak isn't their greatest thing to make as another person has an issue with theirs that was a table away from us."
"I ordered my food online. When I got it, my fiancé took a bite of his mashed potatoes and pulled out a hard & sharp edged piece of plastic that he could have choked on. When I called the store to let them know / ask for a refund I was met with a very dismissive manager who said "What do you want me to do?" and followed up with an "Oh my god!" when I asked for a refund. Ridiculous."
"It’s not too bad but weird offerings that should not be like wonton tacos? The chips and salsa are great and the burger looks solid. The chicken Alfredo was too watered down this visit."
"On your way back from DEN stop in at Applebee's Grill + Bar to get some eats and refreshments. Lots of drink Specials on the Menu. We had the two for $30 meal deal which included an appetizer and were satisfied. The Service was top notch."
