"This is my honest opinion. What I see is that priority is given to drive through and not to the people waiting. I eat there often because I grew up during the decade when McDonald's was the thing but it is slowly going down the drain. The kids working there are excellent and kids will do as they're told which means that management is not doing their job like they are supposed to."
"Would leave 0 stars if possible. Every time I come here it’s a nightmare. Worst McDonald’s ever. Go to another location if possible. You always have to wait even if you’re the first person in line. Just waited 20 minutes literally for two sweet teas and a large fry?! Like why?! Then the fries are cold after I waited 20 minutes?!! Also the manager is extremely rude! Once we refused to park because they kept forgetting us every time we parked and we would have to go inside so she told us she would skip us and serve everyone else then threw out money back at us into the vehicle when we finally asked for a refund instead!! Totally inappropriate!! Go somewhere else!!"
"Hands down the best experience we have ever had. We called asking if we can have a birthday party, the manager said yes. We came down and ordered our food and let all the kiddos play. The staff came in and gave us ice cream and sang happy birthday. Highly recommend if you want to bring a little one over for a little party."
"Placed order 1:30 pm on a Friday, received wrong drink, fries cold, old unsalted and burnt. On a good note, the filet O Fish was fresh and prepared correctly and the curbside pickup employee was courteous and friendly."
"Went to this location at 7:09 PM December 6 for a number 12 cheeseburgers and a 10 piece chicken. Nugget didn’t receive my mail until 7:52 PM. Almost an hour wait on food that should take no more than five minutes Lily who looked to be no more than 12 years old Manager, didn’t apologize didn’t seem sympathetic did an offer a refund did an offer extra nothing and seemed annoyed that I was waiting an hour for our food and this is walking not drive-through didn’t have to pull my car inside. This is the worst McDonald’s experience that I have ever had call Corporate Told him about my experience. I told him that I will be keeping in touch because this manager needs to be reprimanded or demoted. Worst experience. Everybody needs to boycott McDonald’s at 105 Plaza Fountain."
