Domino's Pizza

"Love your pan pizza. Better than pizza hut. Not sure of who made my pizzas but he is super friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is I did not order on line which makes the prices almost double. That sucks."

"Possibly my worst experience with food or restaurant customer service. I have managed people in the past (many years experience), and these people were THE WORST. Drivers were angle parked across parallel spaces, and not parked in open spaces near their service door (manager referred to it as the back door). A driver pulled in and angle parked, then proceeded to chew us out for parking our truck and trailer across the empty parking slots by this door. She claimed that they parked there. Not true. Only parking available was where we parked. We ordered $50 worth of their food, and were treated like CRAP. The manager, when asked about the driver's surly behavior, said he sided with her, and we were blocking their back door (not true). He claimed to be a corporate manager, and the ultimate authority. Also not true. Somebody signs his paycheck, and I bet it isn't him. We will not be back. Pizza Hut is as close to us as they are, and has better food and better customer service. A complaint to corporate will be made about their lousy service. Thereis no call for their behavior. If they park against the building there, why was EVERY DRIVER parked incorrectly across the parallel spaces, where we would have happily parked our long vehicle? We even witnessed a driver park illegally in the handicapped space, which we left open for those displaying proper handicapped ID? I would fire this crew, and start over."

"I live nearby and generally get pizza from here. Standard, not too pricey and always pretty fast. Except today they were LIGHTING FAST! I haven't ordered for a couple months now, so was just expecting the standard deal. Ordered at 11:15ish and food was at my door 11:37, less than 30 minutes! I was so blown away I didn't even get the driver's name ( sorry ) but he was amazing as well. Happy and just awesome. Definitely happy this is the Domino's closest to me. And the pizza, dang good as usual."

"If it's not refunded, it will be a one-star. Took almost 3 hours. From an online order to my house. And by the 2nd hour, I called for a refund so I could go somewhere else to eat. The drive showed up on the 3rd as I was warming up my car. I took pizza because why not im hungry. Honestly, if I got my pizza on time, I'd still be disappointed. The pizza cutter must have been higher than kite with his bite size pizza. Busy or not, this is professional."
