"I haven't even been here. But I feel like any star above 3 is a lie. And written by the staff or people they told to give them more. After reading the reviews. I don't think I will ever go here. Just way to many one star and bad reviews to even chance it. Which is actually really disappointing. As I use to love KFC. And seems as management and corporate don't even care which is even more depressing. As with most places I have a had a problem with. The manager calls back to try and make it right. And said would personally make my food. So for them to not even try. I don't think I'm even going to risk it.. And I was really craving fried chicken."
"Been years since I ate at KFC. On a whim, I tried it today for a change of pace. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuits were just like I remember them, really good. The four piece chicken was not very good. Original recipe, was awful greasy, didn't have the flavor I used to love."
"We will never be back to this specific location. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was told it would take 6 minutes to drop fresh. After a 45-minute wait in the parking lot, food finally came out.. the fries were cold, so we asked for hot fries. They salted them to the point they were inedible.. Stop telling people to pull around so your drive times look great, but really, people are waiting 30+ minutes. Poor Management. Poor service."
"I went to this location to find biscuit dough lining the outside wall trim. I waited 40 minutes in the parking parking lot only to receive half of my order. I was called "sir"( very obvious I'm a woman )by the "manager" I watched a person get pulled over get their ticket and leave, I watched not one but two employees leave for the night 7 cars that were waiting ahead of me received their orders I'm still sitting there... take my advice do not come here hywy 85/87 morale can't possibly get any lower not to mention basic standards. If you value your time and don't want greasy, over cooked,dry, chicken avoid this location. Obviously their corporate office doesn't care to even look at the reviews or something should have been done by now ."
