"Just a heads up to everyone, the manager at this store is so cheap that she told me that you have to specifically ask for the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Even though the name is Teriyaki Chicken, and if you don't get the sauce its now just chicken. The sauce is what makes the chicken. She told me "its like when you go to Mcdonalds and order chicken nuggets, you have to tell them which sauce you want." No it isn't. Those are dipping sauces that add to the flavor of the nuggets. Teriyaki sauce is the only reason it's called teriyaki chicken."

"I ordered my food through the drive through. I specifically asked for super greens instead of rice. When I got home I noticed I had rice instead of what I ordered. Because I'm allergic to rice I had to throw out the bulk of my food. I've visited this location numerous times without an issue. I know mistakes can happen, but please be careful. Allergic reactions are serious to those people who have them."

"I had the BEST Customer Service yesterday...The staff were all so nice! Adam was so awesome. This Panda Kitchen is AMAZING! I walked in, was welcomed, the "atmosphere," was warm and inviting, there were a couple of families eating. Everyone was so busy, the food was (all) fresh, delicious, and I think they are terrific...Crazy busy, but, unlike so many places, everything was clean, no one was freaking out (yes, i have seen places, several times, when they got busy, people/staff seem overwhelmed and everything looks terribly messy, at almost every place we go, but at PK, this was NOT the case, the exact opposite was true. It was honestly just a pleasant surprise.) I am SUPER impressed! Thank you & Kudos!"

"Food was very soggy. I hate fried soggy food panda is good when’s its fresh but when it’s sits out for a while and they don’t replace the food. It tastes nasty."
