Jack in the Box

"this location is ALWAYS closed. supposed to be open at 8 AM and drive thru is blocked off and not a single car in parking lot and no lights are on. change your posted times if you won’t be open as listed. this is the 5+ time they’ve been closed"

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Why are the Jack In The Boxes closed all the time these days? And why does it say they're open, when they obviously aren't? I wanted to take my kids there yesterday for drive thru & everything was closed up even though online says open. So we drove to another location on north powers/s carefree and it was closed too. A waste of gas. Jack In The Box used to not have these issues with being open and had better service and food until I believe this past year. Wish us reviewers could comment on each other's reviews, cause I have no idea what is going on with these places. A sign of today's society? I don't know."

"Their excuse why the entrance is always locked. "we're training new employees " it's been like this for almost half a year now. there are few reasons what's going on. i'll name a few - employees are not getting paid enough - employees are maybe just lazy - manager can't run the place - they dont care - they need employees"

"Ordered from Google, and waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes with a fussy baby for dinner, as soon as I had an opening to leave the line to go inside so our food wasn't frozen I left line all to find out their lobby was locked. Got the attention of one worker and he told me he didn't know what to tell me so was forced to wait in drive thru again to ask how I can cancel and was very rudely told to contact corporate. I left with no food and a charge of $30 to my account and no answers. Their is no sign on any door that states lobby is closed no body able to answer the phone and very rude associates with no problem solving abilities! I want my refund and will never put myself or children in that situation by choosing to order from here again."

"I know it must be hard to keep employees on a schedule. But locking the doors to a restaurant is ridiculous. Went through the drive thru. Got my order and drove off. Realized that part of the order was missing. Got to the walk in doors on the other side. Locked. No way to dispute the order. Walked around to the drive thru window and complained of the wrong order. Awkward and unnecessary for a business such as Jack n the box. Bad service period. The girl working the window was very slow and seemed out of touch with her job. Most I have ever paid for that breakfast menu order anywhere at another Jack n the box. Sad the higher price came with such low service . After looking at all the one-star reviews. I should not be shocked at what I experienced"
