"Freaky Fast? That’s a joke. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Us and the car in front of us ended up cancelling our order because it took too long. When we asked for an ETA on our food the response was “we’re preparing a catering order”. The team at this location seriously needs to improve on their time and task management skills. Will not return to this location."
"Literally the worst Jimmy John's. "Freaky Fast." Yeah freaking right! Ordered online for drive thru pick up and waited an hour. Take your money somewhere else."
"You better walk in for your order and not get delivery. It took an hour for me to get one sandwich delivered .5mi away. The people over the phone are amazing but they really need delivery drivers who are good at delivering. I don't know how common it is for delivery places to allow a passenger.."
"Horrible food service, the two young adults working the counter were being unhygienic, no one was wearing gloves and the one boy picked his eye crusties and then rolled it around and flicked it away onto the counter. He then proceeded to handle our food. Before coming up to window we had to wait, as he finished his text message on his phone. He did not wash his hands after handling his device and picking his face. The girl was just eating. I noticed the bread on her sandwich was soft and white, meanwhile my mother’s was burnt and hard, she ended up cutting her gums while eating it. She could not finish her meal and threw it away. I am very upset at the lack of hygiene, and I’m disgusted. I am also upset that we had to wait for him to get off his phone before serving us and our meals. We were the only customers there. 0/10 experience, I do not recommend."
