"Not very happy with there work. Being a new female rider, I trusted they would not screw me over. Talking to another mechanic. They were able to show me flaws that I wouldn’t be able to see myself. I had gotten new handlebars and paint job from Cole’s. Right away I noticed that my new handlebars bolt covers were missing. Another thing I did not not like was the poor electrical tape job was messy. The tape was poorly applied. When I got my bike back, I realized that I some play in my front brake. I loaded my bike up and took it to El Paso when I got it there I had no front brake which I had to take it to another shop ( Harley Davison in El paso) to correct it. They were able to show me that my front brake was leaking. Including paint drip, handle bar placement wasn’t correct and lastly my old wires. I paid for a “clean” paint job. Plus, Cole’s charged me for new wires for my ape handlebars and they used my original wiring."

"Was on a trip from Ohio with my dad and grandson. While riding 550 my rear brake light switch stuck on melting my rear taillight lens. Stopped in and they had the switch and lens and let me install them with their tools in the parking lot. Cool shop and service !!"
