"My car was having issues with a locked ignition and steering column. Several people quoted me at what would most likely be over 1,000- 1,500 dollars to replace the ignition. I knew these guys were quality because they have helped me in the past. Had my car towed there. They rebuilt and replaced parts of the ignition saving me about 1,000. They were professional, helpful, and kind. I referred a friend to them, and they were equally as kind and helpful to her. I highly recommend this place."

"Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve spent over $4000 trying to fix a cooling issue on a Jeep wrangler with these guys and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. They had it 4 times (3 of which it was towed) and they even tried to convince me that the problem I was experiencing was normal. Took it to the Jeep dealership in Farmington, they identified the problem instantly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!"

"Going to this auto shop was an absolute nightmare. The owner/manager has a terrible attitude and did work on my car without my permission. When I complained about work being done without my permission, the situation escalated quickly and he yelled at me and became even more rude. He initially wanted to charge me but backtracked(after I complained) because I think he realized he was in wrong for not checking with me before messing with my car. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any business. I waited around for almost an hour with no communication & I left with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. The other staff were really nice but management is terrible."

"I have a daughter that goes to school in Durango. Her car survived the cross county trip but had some overheating and coolant loss issues the day after she arrived. She needed to go on another 10-12 hour road trip in the heat. I called about 10-12 places in Durango and all were booking ~ 2 weeks out. Danny called me back and made an extra effort to fit her into the schedule. (there was one other place that seemed willing to try but can't remember who). But Danny won and got our business. He didn't try to oversell - he found the issue pretty quickly and was easy to resolve for under $200. Met up with my daughter yesterday. Coolant reservoir is full and car running great.
