"Chester and his crew are absolutely phenomenal. He was responsive and easy to get in touch with from the get-go, and that set the wonderful tone for the rest of my experience. -He offered to send me a reminder of my appointment, and he sent me a text the day prior with address, directions, his phone, etc. So helpful! -I mentioned I wanted to sell the car and had been cleaning it myself, but needed a lot more help on the crevices/really getting it spotless. He said he would clean out the engine for FREE so I could photograph it for my car listing, he removed a bumper sticker per my request, and he later reduced the overall detail cost since things were in decent shape. -When I picked it up, it looked brand spankin' new from inside to out, top to bottom. The engine looked PRISTINE! The carpets were spotless, everything was perfect and the shine on the outside even lasted through rain. I was able to sell my car in TWO days because he and his team made it look so great - everyone who saw/test drove the car commented on how good and clean it looked.
