"I love this place :3 The vibe and selection of clothing is just amazing. I live an hour away from Coralville but hopefully I can visit again because I love this place. I've never been to a store with such a neat collection before. Cashier was also cool and very nice :D"

"Absolutely love the store, clothing, and most prices within the stores. But particularly this Ragstock has an awful employee, a young man. I am a regular costumer whenever I visit this mall, but this employee seemed newer. My friend and I visited and we tried on a couple jackets inside the store, but didn’t visit the dressing room because jackets go over clothes, and you don’t have to get naked. (Duh) Well, he proceeded to angrily accuse both of us of stealing (after being in there 10+ minutes) and made us show him what was inside our shopping bags (understandable, it is your job to make sure no sense of stealing is prohibited). When we both proved our innocence, he then told us that he called security and caught “it” on camera?? What did he catch on camera??? Us trying on jackets? We both specifically told him we were sincerely sorry since we were confused and scared. He accepted our apologies like a brush on the shoulder and made us somehow feel worse for doing nothing wrong. He had very bad employee behavior since he never said; HE was sorry, never explained himself for why he thought we were stealing, or never thought to tell us to go in the dressing room the next time we try something on. We left the store and never saw any security pass by. He lost two paying customers that day and many days to continue. This was months ago, but whenever I see him working, I stay clear from the store. Props to the girl who has always worked there though, she has excellent employee behavior!!!"

"Like to come here for unique clothes at great prices. Love the fact that their clothes are different than any other place in the area. I've only encountered friendly, helpful staff."

"The staff is completely oblivious to any customers. We walked in and the only worker there was on the cell phone making weekend plans with a friend. Although to love the store for school spirit items the customer service really ruins it for me"

"I went in and waited for the blonde cashier to acknowledge my presence in front of the counter. I had a question to see if they had something. I stood there in front of her as she was on her phone, and then on her Facebook (It had her profile picture and everything so I knew it was her personal account) and waited 5 minutes and still she did not acknowledge I was there waiting on her. I walked out. Never again will I go to this store. I will only go to the Iowa city one. Management needs to get this under control."
