"I am greatly disappointed how they price their LP Records sometimes more than $2 if it is something I would actually enjoy listening to. Yet I am noticing that some are priced close to what they would sell for brand new at places like Barnes and Noble. My guess is they screen things before they go out for sale and look them up online and think just because they are worth my time that they are worth more money regardless of condition they are in. I am not paying $10 $15 $30 for music I could buy brand new for the same price. Bands also don't get royalties for used albums BTW. Shame on you for price gouging Goodwill. Biden 2024!"

"$78 for a pair of secondhand snow pants? I looked up the same pair on eBay and the same ones are only listed $35 and below. What is goodwill doing? Please don't answer me with how goodwill spends their money, it's not really an excuse."

"I love shopping secondhand. Better for the environment, job training and my wallet. It is a little bit hit or miss. Some days it is great other days not so much. I do have to say that some of the prices are insane. More expensive than a comparable new item at Walmart. I think sometimes they forget this is a second hand store."

"I've enjoyed shopping at Goodwill because the staff are great, the store clean, and there's a great selection of items - this location in particular is one of my favorites. However, I found this particular Halloween decoration - not a donation, but a promoted item - to be in extraordinarily poor taste. It's dehumanizing, utilizes stereotypes, treats (misrepresented, bastardized) culture as a costume, and a number of other problematic themes...do better. Picture: A display rack showing multiple severed head decorations mounted on spikes/polew with very dark brown skin and crimped black hair, which could be a poor attempt at deadlocks. The skin is withered and drawn, and the face is frozen in an unrealistic grimace, exposing a full mouth of teeth. The eyes are sunken and shriveled. The head is wearing a rope headband, which seems an odd and distinctly questionable design choice, given current racial tensions and history."

"Went there for the first time during a visit to Coralville, last week. It was very clean, well organized, color coded (!!) and all the clothes had the same clear plastic hangers (if you know, you know!). Fantastic selection of clothes from high end stores. Found exactly what I was looking for and some additional bonus items. They seemed a little short staffed but the checkout line still moved quickly. I will make it a point to visit them every time I’m in town."
