"Very disappointed with my latest experience there. Went to return three ceiling fans and a bunch of blinds. Plans changed on the design we decided to go with. Was a cash purchase and no longer had the receipt. Everything was still in the packaging. In the past if that was the case was always given in store credit. This time was told there's a new policy and without the receipt they wouldn't take back anything so I'm stuck with about $400 in purchases I no longer want. Very disappointed and don't see any logic behind this. You'll put those items back on the shelf and sell them so what gives. I'll be taking my business to menards moving forward."
"The Coralville Lowe’s is always well organized and stocked. The prices are average, doesn’t make me cringe getting items but also not a discount store. I love that they offer a military discount, I have developed a strong loyalty to Lowe’s because of that. I also like their pet policy allow you to bring your dog. I like what Lowe’s is doing and will continue to shop there."
"Great selection of stuff, but finding someone to help has been an issue the last 2 times in there. Once I was able to find someone back to help me, the items were located and purchases made. It just seems they are needing more than 1 person in a department to help customers."
"I bought a washer on 10/31 and Lowe’s guys didn’t installed it properly.The drain hose didn’t hook up to the washer!!!!!All water came from the washer and damaged my whole basemen!!! All I can do now is still waiting for their reply. The longer I wait, the basement smells more musty. My kids have respiratory allergies and they are starting sneezing. I feel so frustrated and helpless….. ***Update 11/30**** I have already contacted you for over 30 days and all you can do is just tell me that it’s third party and you are still investigating. My whole family is still suffering the musty basement. So unprofessional and inefficient customer service"
