"Every Trader Joe's I've shopped in delivers WORLD CLASS customer service!!! I traveled an hour and a half to shop Iowa City since we don't have one in Cedar Falls and got delayed at register with card authorization with my bank as they suspected possible fraud. The cashier and front end lead were so very gracious during this frustrating process. When finally finished up they presented me with a lovely bouquet of flowers and said "Hope this will brighten your day! Thank you for shopping with us!!!""
"The Iowa City Trader Joe's is awesome. Pretty much all of them are. I stopped by there on December 8, killing time with my wife before my hip surgery on that day. We always seem to find some new food item that we just have to buy. The staff is always happy and very helpful and conversational. It's a must stop every time we hit town."
