"The apartments are nice, and neighbors are friendly as well. We've had good luck with maintenance response. The one thing I think is some what ridiculous is they do no pest control in the dwellings. Just the hallways and exterior entrances. Every apartment I have lived in before here has done it, I've also asked friends knowing they live in different places than I have and they all say there property team pays for that. That would be something I'd like them to start paying for."
"I lived at the Green Meadow property in North Liberty and the apartments are nice and early on they where very responsive to issues that popped up but they became difficult to deal with later on in our lease. I've been renting for many years and this is the first place that will arrange a showing without checking with you first. My roommate works third shift and was awoken several times during showings. They just put a note on our door and showed up. Even after waking my roommate up a couple times they kept doing it. Also upon the ending of our lease we asked for a little extra time (another half day) to move out but where very rudely told we could not be given extra time. Absolutely no effort to work with or any common courtesy when telling us no. If you are going to rent from these guys be prepared to be treated like just another rent check."
