"Okay, hotel is modern and very convenient to get to. But we checked in to walk into a room that was never cleaned, literally never touched. We were on second floor after that, the walls are so thin you hear the tv next door and foot steps above. No pool towels. Went and asked, none were brought. The secod floor smelt like rotten eggs, awful. The staff went and sprayed something. They said breakfast is 6-9, we went down to find out on the sign it was 7. Trendy, fun decor, but service and attention to detail would go a long way. With all the short falls, others had unmet needs at the desk, the evening staff was very kind."
"Clean and quiet rooms. Full cable tv channels. Continental hot breakfast with a great menu that is varied enough for every taste. Friendly staff. Quick response to guest requests. Stayed there with my husband. We both loved it.Very pleased."
"Very nice hotel. Had the three things I look for...clean, comfortable bed, and good shower water pressure. Very reasonable rate too. Only fault was the sausages on the breakfast seemed old. Would definitely stay here again."
"On a road trip from San Diego to Virginia. Stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with the location and the hotel itself. Warmly greeted by "Joy" the room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. We travel alot for cribbage tournaments and thought this place would be fit perfectly to hold a cribbage tournament. They have a huge conference or meeting rooms. It would be a great place to also host guests for wedding events."
"Staff were very rude to us. I requested a late check out because of a medical appointment the following morning. The guy working at night said a late checkout would be fine. He then failed to communicate anything to the morning desk clerk who called my wife being extremely rude about how nobody told her about the late checkout. If the late checkout was not possible, the staff could have just said no and we would have planned appropriately. The front desk lady was extremely rude and acted like yelling at my wife for the late checkout was the best part of her day. I would not recommend staying here because of the unhelpful and rude staff."
