"DoV: mid-March 2024 Positives: It's newly built, nice new rooms, new carpets & furniture! The bed was comfortable. Close to highways, so very convenient if you're on the road to your final destination (which was the case for us). Close to good restaurants and parks! It has a full service restaurant just outside the hotel Other items: Level 1 is basement, and they gave us a room there because we had our pet. The hotels is on a hill-like region so there was another door for lower level and parking area that made taking the dog out easier. . There was a huge highway /road construction looking out of the lobby, so at the time of writing this review, the hotel may not be ideal for those allergic to dust/soil. And the look is not that nice. Breakfast was just OK, like other Hampton Inn hotels. Bottom line: great value."

"Clean,staff friendly, overall met my needed. Looks it's age. Rm 226 shower needs looked at. No running water in lobby sink restrooms.Not part of hotel recommend twelve 01 restaurant. Like so many brands,showing age. Needs a repair here and there. Meets my needs for one night."

"Employees were polite. Employee, at my request helped me when I needed help. Meant a lot to me. Room accommodation was very good. Pool water was cold. A hot-tub would help. And a couple hang onto pool bars along pool edge would help...I am older. Breakfast food good. Used free shuttle ...helpful, Return time slower than leave Inn time. Felt safe on shuttle."

"Staff was wonderful. Very friendly, kind, and attentive. The beds are newer, I didnt find them the most comfortable, but in all honesty, what hotel bed is super comfy. Definitely bring your own pillows. I'm so thankful we do that on every trip. The architect and finishing team need some education in functionality vs cost. The room designs were not great, the bathroom is in an awkward place, the bathroom barn doors don't stay closed and threaten to crush your fingers when closing them if you aren't careful, and the shower floor was so slippery that I almost fell while showering. But the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area were clean, well lit, and incredibly staffed. I would stay here again just because of how wonderful the staff was."
