"Sink would not drain, water was always cold, bed difficult to sleep on, heat didn't work, shower doors wouldn't stay closed, room smelled nasty. We had reserved a 2 night stay, but check in told us there was a big event in town and We were downgraded to a single night, and would need to speak to them in morning to get another stay added on. However would need to change rooms as they had already booked ours. Staff was unfriendly, didn't even acknowledge us as diamond members. It was the worst anniversary we had. Around 4am, we decided to leave, my wife was very upset that we had been treated so poorly and i was upset as well. No one said anything as to why we were leaving at the front desk other than ok. My wife expressed how she felt and the man at the counter ignored her as he was polishing the apples in the round dish with a dirty towel. Utterly disgusting and disappointed. Customer service offered us a refund but said we would be waiting 30 days for a paper check. I'm not using a Hilton again . It will be best western from now on."
"Very comfortable rooms with a nice kitchen area and a rolling table that was very handy. Delicious breakfast, too! Clean and convenient. Nice pool and hot tub too."
"The hotel was okay for breakfast. There was too many people down there. Not enough room to sit the room. The toilet seat was broken. The heater did not work too well and when we left there was nobody at the front desk, so we left a note about everything that was bad"
"Here for a week of training, had a small issue at check in, system was down, but they took care of it. The hot tub was very hot and relaxing, almost to the point of uncomfortable, but the pool was amazing. Staff definitely could have been a little more personable for the most part. Getting answers or service seemed to be like pulling teeth. The breakfast, definitely needs some improvement. The gravy tasted like dog food smells, and the biscuits were cold."
"Conveniently located hotel close to downtown, shopping and restaurants! Very nice rooms for multiple night stays. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Great for a quick night trio, or extended work trip! Great location with convenient parking included on site. Hope you enjoy your stay!"
