"Moved here because my rent at the place I loved was increasing to $1300 a month. The apartment is nice enough - although the cabinets were peeling and no one cared to repaint them before I moved in. Beware- management is great before you move in but afterwards doesn't really care much. I had things stolen from in front of my parking space and they never sent an email to residents to ask if someone mistakenly thought it was up for grabs like I asked them to. They only said that they have storage units available for rent - which they did not tell me before I moved in. Maintenance has been ok - but they charged me $70 to drain a sink when it was most certainly not my fault. Oh - and my ceiling was leaking like a waterfall through my fire alarm the first night I moved in. Would NOT recommend paying $1140 for this place."

"PAPER. THIN. WALLS. and CEILINGS. Every morning can hear upstairs neighbor walking around. Cheap and takes advantage of folks who do not know better. NOT luxury apartments--must come downstairs everytime to let in your guest. No middle waiting area or voice call up, front desk etc. Lawn looks disgusting in the summer. Inside you can make it look really nice, but this guy developed these buildings and cut many corners--know that before you decide to live here. I still love this place but wanted folks to know about these things before deciding ..would recommend only with qualification."

"I have been a resident at the 758 building for ~2 years. I was out of state working when I contacted management to see if there were any available apartments and they went out of their way to send me videos and photos, and since I was downsizing I was able to get a spacious storage unit in the basement. I love everything about the interior and living amenities. Shortly after moving in, me and the tenants above me (I'm on the first floor of apartments) ended up exchanging notes because we were all hearing noises in the ceiling that sounded as if it were people walking or potentially working out. A few of us even took recordings of the noise and management took it seriously when we deduced it wasn't because of people actually walking in their apts. One day I came home and both Tim and Tyler were standing outside of the building trying to figure out what could be the cause, and Tyler went out of the way in the evenings to come to the building when we heard the noise to investigate. The noise is still a mystery and either I don't hear it as much or it's just one of those apt noises I've become acclimated to hearing. The building is usually quiet and I seldom hear noises from neighbors. I've only had one neighbor where I started regularly knocking on their door because the bass from their sound system was so loud it traveled into my apartment (we don't even share a wall). Eventually this was escalated to management who took proactive corrective and supportive action within reason. The common areas and parking garage are frequently cleaned, there are carts available to move furniture or heavy groceries, more than adequate security, and management is currently conveniently located right across the street in the 808 building. I've rented two apartments previously beginning 2013 (one in North Liberty, and Davenport), and easily this has been the most positive and safe rental arrangement I've experienced."

"My small family and I live in the 808 building and couldn't be more satisfied. The apartment is very spacious, has energy efficient appliances (fridge, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer) that brings down the cost of electric bills, and is pet friendly. We live on the top floor and it's super quiet-- it feels like we don't have neighbors on both sides or underneath. You can only hear people sometimes in the hallway but that's only when you're standing close to your main apt door. This is very important to me since my daughter is a sensitive sleeper and has particularly sensitive hearing. I noticed some reviews mentioned paper thin walls but that hasn't been our experience-- not sure if this is just because our neighbors are respectful or being in the top floor, but it's been very peaceful here. Most of the tenants in the bldg are grad students or professionals so you get your peace and quiet-- not a rowdy atmosphere. The office staff is friendly but a specific shout out to Tyler and Aaron of maintenance who are not only incredibly nice, but always on point for questions and maintenance requests. I had a minor maintenance request submitted thru the portal and they came knocking about 15 minutes after I sent it. Tyler typically notifies and gives you updates if it will be more than 24 hours. We are moving soon because of a job relocation out of state and I'm already dreading leaving this nice complex especially the friendly and very competent staff."

"Lived in the 758 building for a year and a half and genuinely loved it. I was the first tenant in my apartment and was pleased with the quality of the appliances, floors, cabinets, etc. Location is great with a gym and a few restaurants near by. The management is fair and easy to work with."
