"If you want a landlord who will keep things in working order and who takes care of their tenants then ahni isn't for you. It's not just little things either. We currently have ice inside our bedrooms with the windows completely closed and the office never answers the phone the floor in front of my bathroom fell through 3 separate times. Maintenance takes their time then it's not even fixed. I've paid my rent and have three disabled children. Maintenance was here in the hallway so I tried telling him and all he said was to call the office....again what good does that do when nobody answers. Someone needs to shut them down and get someone else in to take care of the properties."

"I lived in one of their apartments for four years. They were supposed to give me a refund on my deposit and I’m still waiting for it a month and a half later."

"Cedar Valley Townhomes has well kept units. The maintenance is good and the grounds are clean and always attended to. The office staff varies as to good or fair."

"Do not rent from ahni if you can save yourself. I have a great rental history of 8 years and agreed to end lease then they put a court record with and my son and i struggling to find a place now because of Sarah L In theoffice. they also took a steep 770$ deposit and have refused to receipt any costs for only 3 months of renting. They carry steep punishment while providing very little care to you as an individual. Wish I'd never even moved there. Shootings every night Wellington heights nghbrgood and fights right out your window. Locked building with everyone always In and out without a key. Not safe unless you know the place and are ready to join in the charades compared go the advertised "charm". Do Not Recommend."

"I had some concerns last year with a certain employee last year who worked in the office, but that didn't take away from the good in that place and I haven't seen said employee in a long time. I have seen new faces since a year ago and they are all pleasant and well mannered people to work with. The maintenance guy is always there fast and is very friendly. They have done a lot in the last year with working on improving the overall appearance of the apartments. One small thing they did that made a huge difference was ripping those old crappy wood dividers they had for each unit. I felt that was a major eye sore and was mainly used for certain neighbors who found it difficult to make their trash find its way into many of the dumpsters provided and paid for by AHN. Most neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves which is the best part of living out here. I moved in back in April of 2011 and have been a happy resident."
