"Dirty and smelly. Public areas such as hallways and stairways were not cleaned. There is no person at the front desk at night. One room had garbage outside in the hallway. The elevator had a heavy Odor from smoking. Our room was clean but coffee maker was missing coffee insert. No coffee cups available. The breakfast was not set up well and was a worst set up that we have ever seen at a wyndham hotel. It seems that the management is the problem here."

"To start off, the staff was friendly and very willing to help with some of our maintenance issues that arose. But the hotel itself, was horrendous. When it came to the room, there were patches and stains on the walls, our ceiling fan cover in the bathroom was completely missing, trash under the bed, yellow crusted stains on the bedding, blood on the mattress and the curtains were broken as well. I also didn’t have a drop of hot water in the shower. I got just about an hour and a half of sleep due to being sandwiched between two rooms that were engaging in loud, yelling, screaming, fighting, arguing and slamming doors and what also sounded like objects being thrown. Adults were running down the halls screaming and playing loud music like it wasn’t 3 o clock in the morning. I was overall concerned for my safety when I considered opening my door and asking them to lower all sorts of voice levels, but again, was concerned for my safety considering I had no idea what state of mind some of these guests might be in. The halls themselves were also extremely dirty, trash everywhere, vomit stains on the staircase floors, dirt and crumbs everywhere. I am extremely disappointed in this stay and how unsatisfactory this visit was considering the chain name of this hotel."

"The rooms are in need of some TLC. paint chipping immensely in the bathroom ceiling, curtains held together with paper clips, couldn’t open them to let some sun in, old rugs and garbage bags sitting at the back entrance (still there when I checked out) dog poop and cigarettes everywhere out back, and there is a stench through the halls HOWEVER, the rooms were clean, the building was quiet, and the customer service is top notch. The manager is new and is a total sweetheart…very accommodating. The gent who checked me in was super friendly and hospitable. For that reason alone I would consider staying again. Oh and breakfast seemed to be fulfilling because it smelled delightful as I was leaving and the dining area was filled with people."

"Great location, staff was friendly but the hotel in general was very run down, kids running down the halls, the room next to me had kids the were screaming, hitting the walls and running around until midnight. I only received one towel when I checked in for my 4 day stay. I understand it's under new management and trying to turn it around."

"Area is good if you’re looking for something to take you off grid. Not much to do unless you’re willing to drive an hour or more away. As for the hotel, the people were nice. However, the paint in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower was always freezing cold no matter the time of day. Breakfast was of poor quality and the juice machine was broken. Room smelled musty. Price was definitely reflected in the quality of the hotel."
