"Weren't willing to accommodate us and let us pay for an extra night to get an earlier check in. Wouldn't assist us at all told us we'd have to do it all online ourselves and we are a diamond level Wyndham rewards member too and have never received such horrendous service before. Definitely not a good representation of how Wyndham and super 8 is willing to treat their elite level loyal customers"
"If I could give this place -5 stars I would.. checked in went to go have some drinks at the Mexican place right next to it which were wonderful.. went to the room and instantly discovered how dirty and nasty this place is.. floor was stained all over the place. The bed had stains all over it and spots of BLOOD !!!!! We left instantly!!!! Went to the front desk and asked for a refund and was offered another room to which I said no because of how this room was. Said they would have to talk to management about my refund.."
"We stayed 1 night, just passing through. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't good. The toilet was dirty. There were 3 lights that didn't work and the bed was very firm. But overall it was peaceful and convenient to food. I would stay again."
