"The guy who checked my ppwk was nice. But this place must have a practice of setting appt times and not honoring them. Appt was 6 am. I showed up at 4. Not thinking about it being a Saturday & they probably come in later...that's my fault. But at 6 am no one is here. Lights still off. About 6:05 someone pulls in. I wait. Call the number on the door....nothing. Lights come on and I go to the door. Still locked. Call...no one answers. About 6:40 a driver delivering also tells me someone should be coming out. He apparently went to the opposite side and rang the bell. At 6:50 I bumped a dock. Why say 6 am delivery if the employees aren't going the be ready to go at 6 am? I have other appts to make. But that doesn't matter...apparently."
